About me
I am a mom to a beautiful young adult daughter, a wife to a godly (and very handsome) man, and a little sister to two big brothers. I was a military child and have moved around a lot as an adult. We are still waiting for where we are to lay down roots.
I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lebanon Valley College in Pennsylvania. Since then, I have meandered through the world, still trying to figure out what I want to do when I grow up. Looking back at my life, I can see that the Lord was laying a path for me to enter coaching. He gifted me spiritually to be a cheerleader, encourager, teacher, and friend while discerning areas to implement true change.
